Greene County High School & Middle School Improvements

The Green County High School & Middle School improvements project consisted of significant renovations, additions and site work on the shared William Monroe HS & MS campus via CM@Risk delivery. Initial work involved major site improvements on an accelerated fast track schedule which included road reconfiguration, utility relocation, new parking, and landscaping. Building work included additions, renovations, and reconfigurations, including the replacement of major building systems such as HVAC, plumbing, and electrical as well as the addition of a sprinkler system to these areas of work. It involved challenging multi-phased scheduling as the schools were occupied and remained fully functional on the constrained site throughout construction.
