Dynax America

Branch was selected to provide preconstruction and construction services via Construction Management at Risk delivery on this complex fast-track project. Dynax America is a leading  Japanese-based auto part manufacturer specializing in automatic transmission components; friction disks, mating plates and assemblies. The project involved the fast-track expansion of Dynax’s existing manufacturing facility to include a 144,000sf addition and extensive site development to install a new truck access road from the Southern end of EastPark Industrial Park, where the facility is located. This new expansion incorporated manufacturing operations, enhanced logistics and storage for product and raw materials. Branch released an early site package so that site work could begin while the design of the addition was completed. The project required thoughtful planning and coordination to safely maintain all of Dynax’s daily manufacturing and logistics operations. The project also required an advanced, accelerated schedule to meet a critical occupancy deadline.
