Middle School
Frederick County’s newest Middle School was designed from the students perspective, to foster their academic, physical and social development. The three level building has a masonry façade and lots of windows to provide day-lighting, which is conducive to enhanced learning. Read More

Apartments
Branch was selected to serve as the Construction Manager on this dynamic apartment project via a competitive bid/qualifications-based procurement process. The contract was awarded following multiple preconstruction value analysis sessions that resulted in an end product that met the owner’s budgetary, density and quality requirements. Read More

How it`s going vs. How it started.
The VUE in Blackburg, VA, is moving into the final stages. The three new upscale apartment buildings contain 206 units and eatures a pool, fitness room, and rooftop hangout area with wide views of the New River Valley!

With beautiful natural light and an open feel, this project is one of those we never get tired of looking back at. This Science Hall built in 2015 for Liberty University. Some interesting features include a cadaver storage area and a dissection laboratory.

We are proud to announce that our Centennial Terrace Apartments in Downtown Richmond placed second in the Home Builders Association of Virginia`s Multifamily Project of the Year.
Our Richmond team did an incredible job bringing the 5 floors of this wood-framed residential apartment building to life! It features granite countertops, hardwood flooring, tiled bathrooms, and large windows. Congratulations to our project team and employee owners who had a hand in making this project happen.
