Branch was contracted by Hunt Construction Group to perform a general work package on this 147,000sf Class A industrial and office facility for Johnson & Johnson in Roanoke, Virginia. Branch was initially approached to provide local coordination for Hunt in an effort to enhance the delivery of the project, which was built to support the manufacturing and delivery of advanced eye-ware using injection mold technology. Our work primarily consisted of managing the construction of the exterior skin and the interior build-out of the state-of-the-art facility, though our professionals provided local management support on a more expansive level as the project progressed.
