Customer Service Center

The Dish Network (formerly Echostar Communications Corporation) new Customer Service Center was a highly visible economic development endeavor located in Montgomery County’s expansive Falling Branch Industrial Park. Branch partnered with HSMM/AECOM to develop the successful design-build solution and was awarded the project after an extensive competitive selection process. Typical of the economic development projects we have built, the Dish Customer Service Center project had an extremely aggressive fast-track construction schedule (6-months) that had to be met to honor Montgomery County’s agreement with Dish Network. The 100,000sf center, which houses programming, billing and technical support services for Dish customers was completed on time in December of 2000 and Branch was able to turn over half of the facility to Dish within 4½ months.
