Lowe’s of Martinsville

The new Lowe’s store in Martinsville, Virginia was one of four Lowe’s stores constructed by Branch in a four year period (SW Roanoke Lowe’s, Danville Lowe’s, and Lowe’s of Summersville, WV). The 160,000sf Martinsville store is located on a 68-acre site with 1,500 feet of access road. Site improvements included large cuts and deep fills with extensive retaining walls. The fast-track project was delivered in only 10 months to be operational in time for the retailer’s busy season.
