This negotiated construction project was located in the Central Business District of the city of Richmond and consisted of 5 floors of wood-framed residential apartments over a cast-in-place concrete podium and parking deck area. These up-scale apartments included granite countertops, hardwood flooring, tiled bathrooms, and large windows. The apartments are primarily studio and 1 bedroom units, while the 6th level has a single 2-bedroom unit. There is a lounge, fitness room and terrace on the 6th level for residents to enjoy. On the first floor, the building includes space for a retailer, restaurant or business seeking frontage.
