“Batching” Work Sequencing Plan • Multi-Phase Project

Stone Creek Village is luxurious apartment project that was constructed for Denico Development in beautiful Charlottesville, Virginia. The project consisted of a clubhouse, 12 apartment buildings and a maintenance building. Nine of the apartment buildings have underground parking facilities; ten are 24-unit buildings with the other two housing 12 units each. Branch implemented our “batching” work sequencing process where each individual building consisted of a batching segment. The segments were comprised into a 3-phase overall construction schedule. Extensive site work was required to create the elegant landscape that serves as a signature feature of this one of a kind project.
