The Allegheny Springs project continued Branch’s decades-long relationship with Snowshoe Mountain Resort. Located at the highest point of the Snowshoe Village, Allegheny Springs offers a 360-degree breath-taking view of the surrounding Allegheny Mountains. The 4-story, 150,000sf residence contains 146 condominiums as well as restaurants and shops. The front entrance opens with a Porte Cochere providing a covered, protective drive-in/drop-off area. The lobby enters into the Hearth Room, the heart of Allegheny Springs. The Hearth Room with its blazing fires and quiet elegance truly captures the spirit of Snowshoes’ most prestigious abode. The project included a private courtyard, enclosed by the building and offers two hot tubs, a heated pool, a decorative fountain and fire pit.
