Regional Adult Detention Center
The Prince William-Manassas Regional ADC project consisted of the construction of a 105,000sf, 3-story, 200-bed adult detention center addition with mechanical penthouse and surface parking. The work included significant site development work, including expansion of the existing storm water management facility, hardscapes, and landscaping. Branch Builds worked safely around the existing occupied, fully functional Detention Center for the entire duration of the project.
