Magic City Ford Lincoln Showroom

Branch provided preconstruction and construction services on this time-sensitive project, which consisted of a new showroom addition and renovations to the existing facilities. The new 6,000sf showroom provides Magic City with a dynamic “new car” showroom to feature new Ford and Lincoln vehicles. Renovations totaled 6,100sf and included the reconfiguration of existing space into a new parts department, service department, customer lounge and executive offices. The project involved a multitude of challenges that required Branch’s professional preconstruction guidance. Partnering early with the client and design team enabled our professionals to seek innovative ways for cost saving options and ultimately bring the project scope within budget, while fulfilling all of the owner’s objectives. We developed and implemented a fast-track, phased construction schedule that adhered to a Ford Motor Company mandated operational deadline for the Magic City dealership and we delivered the project more than two weeks ahead of schedule.
