Branch and Associates, Inc., one of the largest construction management firms in Virginia, announced today that it changed its name to Branch Builds, Inc. The new name and brand align with the company’s twenty-year goal of ambitious growth. Branch Builds currently has four offices located in Roanoke, VA, Richmond, VA, Herndon, VA, and Charlotte, NC. The Branch Builds name and brand also reinforce the company’s commitment to building high performance teams and relationships sustained by mutual benefit and respect.

 

Branch Builds, a subsidiary of Branch Group, Inc., was founded in 1963 in Roanoke, VA. For more than five decades, the company has delivered exceptional projects for clients in a variety of sectors, including higher education, K-12, multi-family, municipality/government, healthcare, hospitality, and senior living. Branch Builds is a recognized leader in Virginia and North Carolina for its preconstruction, general contracting, construction management, lean construction, and design-build services.

In recent years, Branch Builds has seen significant growth and expansion, opening three new offices. Additionally, revenue is up 50 percent and the number of team members is up 40 percent since 2013. Branch Builds expects significant revenue growth in 2019 and the company is planning further investment in growing and developing its team members and the communities it serves.
