Centennial Terrace Wins Multifamily Project of the Year Silver Award

Jun 28, 2022

By: Craig Toalson, Home Builders Association of Virginia and Branch Builds
Each year HBAV honors association members who embody the mission of the HBAV, to protect and enhance the housing climate, and to ensure the vitality of the building industry so as to benefit its members and the citizens of the Commonwealth of Virginia.

Last week over 300 members gathered in Virginia Beach for the Annual Conference and Housing Excellence Awards Celebration. The Awards recognize and highlight HBAV members who exemplify leadership, engagement, and dedication to the community, the Virginia building industry, and the success of HBAV. This year’s festivities were held at the Virginia Beach Marriot Oceanfront, complete with a cocktail reception on the terrace balcony, overlooking the scenic views of the Atlantic coast, and a three-course meal.

Branch Builds won the Silver award for their overall architecture, design appeal, functionality, and creative plan integration in apartment and condo living. Grayson Negaard, Assistant Project Manager accepted the award. These efficient units that take advantage of every square foot, natural light, and air from floor to ceiling windows, and open kitchens make this project a timeless piece of Richmond’s ever-growing skyline.
