Branch is pleased to hear that The Locks Apartment and Condo building won the prestigious Timmy Award for the nation’s best historic rehabilitation project, in the category of “Best Market-Rate or Mixed-Income Residential.” Additionally, The Locks was a finalist in the general category of “Best Historic Mill or Factory Rehabilitation.” We are very fortunate to have been a part of such an awesome project.
