On Wednesday, February 11, we officially broke ground on a recently awarded project with Dynax America Corp, a Japanese auto parts manufacturer located in Botetourt, Virginia. We are thrilled to be partnering with Interactive Design Group (for the third time) to provide Construction Management at Risk Services. The project involves installing a new truck access road and associated utility relocations followed by a 144,000sf manufacturing/warehouse addition while maintaining Dynax’s ongoing production and logistics operations. We are still in the precon phase, but the approximate value of the project will be around $6.5 million. The project is being fast-tracked to meet the December 2015 completion date. Way to go TEAM!
