Loudoun County Public Safety Firing Range

Branch was the successful low bidder on the new $20.4 million Loudoun County Public Safety Firing Range. This project consists of a 1-story, precast concrete building of approximately 55,000sf, including a 10-lane, 100-yard-long tactical firing range, 18-lane, 50-yard- long tactical firing range, use-of-force simulator, classrooms, storage, and administrative/support spaces. It also includes a 1-story pre-engineered metal building (with mezzanine) of approximately 6,000sf to provide department force-on-force training. Sitework includes parking, on-site well and water supply, on-site septic field, frontage road improvements, and other associated improvements.
